What form of exercise works best for you?

Each body is very different, so it cannot be expected that any form of exercise will work for everyone.  We are not simply a Pilates studio, but so much more! 

At Balanced Method Pilates the approach is to divine the best form of workout for each individual, while working within each body and set of goals.We make the workout work for you!

Owner & Creative Director, Amanda Waits Annear is a fully certified Pilates Instructor (Physicalmind Institute) and also holds a BA in Dance.Many years of Pilates, Dance and Bodywork instruction have given Amanda a keen eye for recognizing beneficial exercise enhancements and alignment and body challenges.Advanced studies in multiple areas of bodywork, including myofascial release, body rolling, TRX, weight training, and Pilates for pre- & postnatal and special populations and conditions allows work with any body type at any level of training.
